The Sr. Director/VP of Product Management Office will serve as the product management leader for internal software systems and technology products across the organization.  This individual will drive product vision, manage launch plans with attention to prioritization and alignment, execute growth strategies, and monitor the return on investment for all of PosiGen’s technology products.

Essential Job Functions

  • Executes long-term strategic activities and innovations in coordination with PosiGen’s Business priorities
  • Influences and implements short-term tactical decisions at higher levels in the organization
  • Oversees PosiGen’s portfolio of technology products and actively develops product strategies and roadmap
  • Manages budget relating to the technology product and in alignment with strategic capacity planning
  • Drives the software product roadmap, vision, and strategy for automation and channels across PosiGen’s business units
  • Manages and monitors business performance of products/services in each operating market and provides feedback to business for adaptation, improvement, and consistency
  • Provides technical leadership for PosiGen’s enterprise application software hosted on a variety of technology platforms.
  • Provides cross functional dependency management, technical guidance, direction, and advanced level end-user support for issue resolutions.
  • Owns, tracks and monitors problems/incidents/requests to ensure a timely resolution and to ensure quality customer support services.
  • Consistently communicates progress and understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by the business
  • Work planning and effort estimations
  • Agile / SW development of best practices
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive product documentation.
  • Performs impact analyses to minimize project risks and reports and escalates status to executive leadership as needed.
  • Partners closely with other technology team members and business partners to support prioritization, QA, and release cadence
  • Reporting and metric oversight to closely measure results and implement hypothesis testing workflows to improve products
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by CTO


  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing product management teams
  • Strategic thinking and technological analysis skills
  • Good technical and analytical acumen, aptitude, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of software systems and programming languages.
  • Negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets to identify business trends, process bottlenecks, and operational efficiencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or related field is required
  • 10-15 years of experience in product management working on innovative products
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience with product portfolio analytics and R&D project management.
  • Experience in Sales & Commercial strategies
  • Project management experience is required
  • Experience growing and coaching continuous product discovery and delivery
  • Roadmap prioritization expertise, including stakeholder management
  • Experience with multi-year resource projects, technology plan monitoring, and management.
