We are looking for a passionate and outcome-driven Product Manager to join our Product team as the 3rd Product hire at Civic Eagle. You’ll be responsible for solving problems for our customers in ways they love, collaborating cross-functionally to prioritize and ship product increments, removing blockers and helping the team run fast. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product, with the opportunity to grow into a more senior role, taking on more scope, complexity, and impact.

What you’ll do: 

  • Proactively seek and process qualitative and quantitative feedback, uncovering deeper needs, problems and insights underlying this feedback to inform continuous development and outcomes
  • Contribute to cross-functional buy-in and alignment on our Product Vision and Strategy
  • Partner with Product teammates to define OKRs, track progress, and measure success towards these to inform future work
  • Own areas of the roadmap and backlog, working collaboratively to prioritize tradeoffs and clearly communicate progress towards our goals
  • Write product specs exploring multiple solutions, clearly defining problem or opportunity areas and signals of success 
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teammates to solve problems through the product as an expert in both our users and various aspects of the business
  • Own product launches, aligning stakeholders around outcomes and ensuring high product quality
  • Conduct post-launch analyses, gather learnings, and share these with the team demonstrating meaningful impact to customers and our business 
  • Act as a leader and develop strong, cross-functional relationships and feedback loops with customer success, marketing, sales, strategy, finance, and leadership stakeholders 
  • Identify risks, issues, and barriers that slow people down and find opportunities to work better together
  • Role model our department and company culture

You will be a strong candidate for this role if you:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience in Product Management working with B2B SaaS products
  • Have a proven track record for creating outcomes through delivery of cross-functional products in fast-paced environments
  • Have experience with Agile development and development, roadmapping or analytics tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Are an exceptional, cross-functional collaborator who demonstrates high empathy, curiosity, and understanding
  • Are persistent about measuring, learning from, and adjusting work based on new information and learnings
  • Can comfortably handle uncertainty and complexity in a rapidly changing landscape
  • Find fulfillment grappling with complex challenges, and are laser-focused on impactful outcomes of your work

  • $102k to $120k depending on experience and location
