As a scaling company, we are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the user-centric design, research, and product roadmap & schedule for our Enterprise SaaS solution, co:census.

Salary is $105,000/ year + benefits and is not negotiable.
WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
Develop and drive an innovative roadmap for scaling our Enterprise SaaS-based solution, with a focus on user experience, engagement, and outcomes.
Lead the design vision for our co:census cloud-based platform through research, design, and collaboration.
Manage product release schedule in collaboration with Senior Engineers (and Product Marketing Manager in the future)
Ideal Candidate: is joining our team for an amazing leadership opportunity, where they will build + scale their department of User Researchers, Product Designers + UX team members over the next 2-3 years.
Develop + Drive Product Roadmap [40%]
Design an innovative three-year roadmap for our Enterprise SaaS solution and manage annual North Star Metrics and OKRs to achieve the product vision
Create and uphold design standards according to co:census brand guidelines and best practices
Build department best practices, design standards, and research and testing practices
Recruit, hire and train Jr. Product team as company scales
Product Design & Research [30%]
Review user engagement data, conduct user interviews, and conduct broad industry-wide research for Enterprise SaaS solutions focused on NLP (natural language processing)
Lead team through design sprints to uncover new features and product releases
Manage technology partnerships to ensure COGS (cost of goods) remains within or under budget
Conceptualize product launch events to with CX Team
Conduct ongoing QA tests in collaboration with Senior Engineers
Conduct QA tests during agile product development to ensure the product is built to design species
Prioritize accessibility to ensure the solution adheres to optimal design standards
Maintain a frictionless user experience to optimize user outcomes
Drive Production Schedule [30%]
Manage and drive production release schedule through agile methods ensuring timelines are met along with design standards
Write user stories and develop UI mockups for new co:census product features
Collaborate with Engineering Team to determine ideal dates for a feature and product releases
Conduct monthly reviews & ongoing debugging tests for product QA
Ensure that design, clear guidelines, and UX deliverables are handed to the Senior Engineering team before the sprint to result in timelines being met
