Role Summary
As the Director of Product Management for Enterprise Systems & Engineering Applications, you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for delivering innovative software solutions that support our supply chain operations, global financial systems, and product development teams.
Your role will involve overseeing the development and management of our supply chain software, product development related applications, ERP systems, and related home-grown application portfolio, ensuring they align with our strategic business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
You will collaborate closely with business operations teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver solutions that enhance our overall productivity and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
- Cross-collaborate with our business operations leaders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business needs.
- Develop compelling business cases for product investments and get buy-in from executive leadership.
- Build and develop a high performing team that can help you expand and deliver your roadmap at high velocity and quality.
- Be a leader and mentor for your team and enable them to deliver their best work.
- Support and deliver on build, buy, partner recommendations and own strategy presentations to execs.
- Analyze existing product needs combined with customer feedback and our strategic vision to prioritize and execute your roadmap.
- Manage our existing product portfolio of supply chain, ERP, and home-grown enterprise applications.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital product management in supply chain or product development systems and manufacturing operations systems. Understanding of ERP systems and landscape, understanding of SaaS applications.
- 5+ years of experience leading high performing product teams with a range of product initiatives.
- Domain expertise in automotive, supply chain, product development, ERP.
- Experience with creating digital ecosystems of connected partners and integrations.
- User centric product development approach with demonstrated ability to quickly iterate on product features based on large data sets and stakeholder or customer insights.
- Comfort working with development teams through periods of rapid iteration and scale.
- History of working through ambiguity and devising clean sheet solutions in markets that go from 0 to 1.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
