Crowd Wisdom, a Community Brands product, is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team!
 
A Day in the Life:
  • Partner with customer facing teams cross-functional teams on customer needs and sales funnel
  • Partner with internal teams on business requirements documents, and business process flow diagrams and other documentation needed for internal communication
  • Be a creative force in working closely with the design and UX teams to deliver state-of-the-art user experiences
  • Work with the Director of Product Management to allocate product management resources and prioritize division of efforts
  • Oversee development, testing and deployment to ensure product adherence to original specifications and successful deployment
  • Proactively manage and balance multiple stakeholders’ expectations regarding feature request prioritization and deployment
  • Develops new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design
  • Works on cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions
  • A specialist on complex technical and business matters
  • Work is highly independent
  • Strive for excellent customer service and delivery, ensuring any concerns/complaints are dealt with and responded to promptly, and any lessons learned are identified and shared with the relevant teams
  • Reports to Director of Software
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of experience with product management or equivalent
  • Ability to engage and support cross-functional teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to develop business cases
  • A significant level of diplomacy and trust
  • A high level of interpersonal skills with the to motivate or influence
  • Experience working in an agile development process
  • Proficient in basic spreadsheet applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems
  • MBA or master’s degree
  • 5-7 years in technology project management or product strategy within a bustling software or technology organization
  • Excellent communication, organization and follow up skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to manage large projects with exceptional project management skills
  • Ability to manage from the big picture as well as dig into the details when needed
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in information and data analysis, impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and globally integrated solutions with ability to interpret data to make fact-based decisions
  • Proven track record building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, internally, externally, intra and inter-departmentally. Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills
  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines, lead by example, willing and able to roll-up sleeves and dive into the details when necessary
  • Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
