Identifying Hidden Talent in the Workforce without College Degrees

AdeptID is a new venture using machine learning to match talent to jobs and training on the basis of underlying skills and real employment data - and we are specifically focused on jobs that don’t require college degrees. We work with employers, vocational training providers, and other talent companies to identify non-obvious pools of talent. We’ve prioritized the development of an API so that anyone can access our matching capabilities as a service.
