Blue Tiger is a people-first, design-forward digital consultancy. We design organizations, build software, and craft experiences for the American people. We are founded by two technologists who care about people. We’ve been helping government better serve the American public for the past decade. We’ve delivered software, designed services, and guided organizations on digital strategy.
