Career Copilots

The mission of Career Copilots is to transform people’s lives by helping them land better jobs, promoting upward mobility. We believe that job skills don’t necessarily equal jobs; instead, many high-potential, skilled people struggle to land good jobs because of barriers with social capital, emotional capital, or cultural capital. We achieve better job search outcomes with high-leverage interventions that efficiently target these barriers using human coaching augmented by automation and data science. We make our service affordable and incentive-aligned through income-share agreements. Currently, we’re rapidly iterating on our initial product with a cohort of pilot clients.
