About Us
Connect for Health Colorado is the state-based health insurance marketplace and support network that allows individuals, families, and small employers to compare and purchase health plans from companies including the major health plans in the state in a convenient way. We provide high quality customer assistance by phone and in person, as well as access to federal financial assistance to reduce the cost of health insurance. Our mission is to increase access, affordability, and choice for individuals and small employers purchasing health insurance in Colorado.

Connect for Health Colorado (C4HCO) provides an array of benefits that can help you deal with an unexpected illness or accident, build and protect your financial security, balance your personal and professional life, and meet every day needs. These benefits are affordable, comprehensive, and competitive.
Employees will have the option to enroll in health insurance paid by C4HCO or choose the cash-out option of $750 per month. Employees who want to enroll in C4HCO funded medical coverage will be able to select any plan listed on the Marketplace. The entire medical premium for you and your qualified dependents will be paid directly to your carrier by C4HCO on your behalf. Dental and vision benefits for employees and qualified dependents will also be fully paid by C4HCO. C4HCO offers a $300 Flex Credit to employee that can be used to elect your choice of benefits, such as Voluntary Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Dependent Care Account (DCA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA), Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Confinement, Identity Theft protection, MetLife Legal, transit and parking FSA accounts and Financial Well-Being benefits. C4HCO also provides a generous 403(b) plan, offering a 5% employer contribution to all employees, even if you choose not to make a contribution of your own.
