About Us
Our approach uses hands-on connections to national political contexts, comparative insights from cross-country research, and cutting edge methodologies from around the world to help our partners deeply understand and navigate the new political landscape. We get under the surface to research the voter tribes that make up emerging political coalitions, develop unifying narratives, and constantly reassess what we know with message testing and analytics. On any given day, we might be learning how to encourage greater political participation among Roma people, helping oppositions fight a far right or autocratic ruler, or learning what messages engage people to demand action on climate.
We believe that our greatest resource is the analytical talent and domain expertise of our team members, and that a diversity of perspectives makes us collectively stronger. We don’t expect every applicant to have expertise in every area and encourage you to apply even if you don’t feel your resume is a perfect fit.
To meet the measure of the challenges we face, we are building a sustainable company for the long term, and we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with partners who are global experts in polling, political data science, and political tech and grow to your professional potential. You will have access to rich multi-country and longitudinal polling datasets and the ability to answer the political science questions you are curious about.
Perks and Benefits
We are also a remote-first organisation–we are open to applicants across Europe and beyond and take regular opportunities for in-person collaboration at our London HQ. We have staff from GMT-5 (EST) to GMT+2 (EET).
You will be part of a team that is committed to sustainability and long term impact–we offer generous pension and holiday benefits, including national holidays in your home country, so that you can be your whole self at work and have the energy to solve hard and enduring political problems.
