Enertiv’s mission is to decarbonize the built environment. Enertiv has spent over a decade learning the ins-and-outs of how commercial real estate portfolios operate. We have crawled in basement mechanical rooms and sat in boardrooms 90-stories up. We have translated raw data into OpEx, CapEx, NOI and NAV, as well as runtime hours, carbon emissions and maintenance scores. At the same time, we have developed deep expertise in technology, from deploying sensors and digital meters, to machine learning algorithms to identify insights and anomalies, to developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, to integrating with a range of both hardware and software systems.
