Employees can earn up to 15 days of paid vacation based on position level and years of service in addition to 5 paid holidays and 2 one-week organizational breaks per year. You will earn 22 days once you celebrate your 366th day with us. We provide up to 8 weeks of paid bonding leave. EOS offers 100% employer paid life and disability insurance.
