Our Mission is to provide, promote, and expand employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Galt Foundation is a nonprofit employment organization that matches skilled people with disabilities to jobs. We were founded on the belief that all people have a contribution to make to the workplace, and everyone deserves access to a good job. Every day, we’re inspired by the knowledge that inclusiveness benefits not only individuals, but also organizations and society as a whole.
