About Us

Marble is building the operating system for youth mental health: one platform connecting schools, therapists, families, and health plans, with AI at the core. Since launching in New York in 2024, we've delivered over 15,000 therapy sessions to kids who would otherwise have waited months — or never gotten care at all.

We're redefining what great care looks like. Historically, the people who want to help a kid — counselors, therapists, parents, payers — have been completely siloed. Our platform connects them in real time, so care is coordinated instead of fragmented. And we're building AI into the core of how care gets delivered: tools that make therapists more effective, and Marty, our AI companion that supports kids in the moments between sessions.

We're a small team in SoHo working across product, engineering, clinical, operations, and growth to close the gap between kids who need care and kids who actually get it. The work is high-ownership and cross-functional by default — titles are loose, and people step up wherever the problem is.
