Modern Action builds civic infrastructure for participation between elections. The platform brings together plain-language issue guides, federal bills and provisions, committee activity, congressional votes, bill sponsorships, and sourced public positions. People choose their own policy view, add their reasons, and review a bill-specific message before contacting their U.S. senators and House representative. Accountability is central to the work. Modern Action helps constituents compare what an elected official has done with the action they want the office to take next. The organization also publishes actionable news and issue briefings focused on votes, rules, oversight, public-comment periods, and deadlines that people may still be able to influence. Modern Action is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) based in Pittsburgh and serving people across the United States. The core action flow is free and does not require an account.
