OpenReview’s broader mission is to revolutionize scientific communication by providing innovative and extensible mechanisms transforming peer review, assessment, mentorship, discussion, and discovery. OpenReview has had a significant impact on open science, responsible use of AI in peer review, and fairness in scientific discourse.
OpenReview was launched in 2013, and has nearly doubled in usage and impact every year. In 2025 we have over 2 million active monthly users, and will serve over 3000 scientific publishing venues. Our fully-remote 10-person team is collaborative, engaged, service-minded, and growing.
