ABOUT PARLIAMENT
Parliament Collective Intelligence is a burgeoning data impact consultancy helping to transform how we attend to social sector problems in public education, mental health, workforce and community development, technology access, and data-informed philanthropy. We help our clients do better at using data and technology to achieve their missions and drive progress on the social issues they care about most.
Just as corporate leaders use Business Intelligence to drive success, it is incumbent that social sector leaders, nonprofits, government agencies, social entrepreneurs and funders must develop these same capabilities and adopt these same mindsets to solve complex social problems. Parliament’s identity is rooted in Collective Intelligence – helping our clients use data to harness the highest-levels of understanding to create change. We serve clients in these ways:
- DATA STRATEGY & INSIGHTS: Armed with more than 25 years of social sector leadership and collective impact expertise, Parliament offers data strategy and insights consulting to clients striving to drive change in the social sector.
- Social sector leaders are often awash in data that doesn’t seem to help them understand and communicate about their sector or drive their mission forward. We help clients leverage their data assets and identify data they should be capturing, always with an eye toward better achieving their missions.
- Using data well demands a thoughtful data strategy. Once we understand clients’ current data landscape, we help them develop strategies and a data infrastructure that helps them better collect and manage data on an ongoing basis.
- At the end of the day, data is a resource that should provide the social sector with insights and understanding. We work with clients to ensure that their data serves them instead of them serving their data. Through technology and consulting support, we ensure that our clients are able to actually use their data on an ongoing basis for strategy and action.
- DATA PLATFORMS: Parliament creates data platforms and scalable cost-effective software solutions to drive our clients’ success. Our Collective Intelligence products aggregate data to help on the ground actors in public education, public health, environment, workforce development and beyond identify, map, track, and address inequalities. In short, we create systems that change systems.
