The U.S. is facing a projected shortage of 6.5 million skilled workers by 2030. Radius Group is taking on this challenge through our Talent Radar—a powerful tool for analyzing talent supply and demand to predict workforce needs. With support from Bloomberg Philanthropies, we've collaborated with major companies on a prototype and are gearing up to launch the beta version in late fall. Organizational Structure
We are a “flat” organization that values collaboration, communication, and transparency. We mostly work asynchronously, are self-led, and meet when necessary. Department and company-wide updates are issued each Friday afternoon.
