About Us

My name is Nathaniel, a 10+ year experienced veteran recruiter, VP of SR2 USA and Co-Founder at SR2 (trapped in the body of a reluctant marathon/trail/ultra runner 🏃‍♂️ and mountain climber ⛰)

I channel the expertise I’ve gained over a dozen years into helping organizations, predominantly start-ups, in the Climatetech, sustainability and renewables domain scale their tech teams.

There's not a day that goes by that I'm not drawn to and inspired by something related to our planet and our quest to protect it. Whether it's carbon-free energy-fusion solutions promising unlimited energy for years to come, or organizations pulling carbon from the atmosphere using super innovative means or even organizations domesticating bacteria to break down plastic waste - My mind is blow on the daily 🤯

It goes without saying that the climate fight is the biggest challenge we will face in our lifetime. I am determined not to be a spectator and just rely on someone else to make the difference as it’s so easy to do, but to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in.
