About Us

TechCongress is a growing non-partisan startup non-profit that bridges the divide between Congress and the technology sector by placing tech savvy individuals to work with Members of Congress and Congressional Committees in order to build capacity in Congress, train cross-sector leaders who can understand the challenges in government and in the technology community and keep Congress up to date about the latest challenges and opportunities relating to technology. Since 2016, over 75 Fellows have served with the most influential offices in Congress including Senate Minority Whip John Thune (R-SD), House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR), Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX), Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), and many others.
