Description

This is the story of how Sicredi, a credit union, with over 8 million clients, 2700 branches, and over 45,000 employees embarked on building an Internal Developer Platform to serve its thousands of developers.

In this webinar, the platform engineering team at Sicredi breaks down their journey of building an Internal Developer Platform for thousands of developers and serving millions of customers. They will highlight how they accelerated the adoption of their platform to achieve scalability, security, cost management, and standards in an ecosystem with more than 200 agile teams. They break down:

  • How they embraced the challenges of consistently applying development, security, and quality standards with autonomy and boundaries in a distributed hybrid cloud
  • How the platform engineering community can leverage their approach to simplify a platform built from complex cloud-native infrastructure.
  • How Sicredi uses Devconsole IDP software to ensure development team autonomy with limits and standards.

The Sicredi IDP involves 2 cloud providers, 1053 deploys per day, 4089 micro-services, 6728 components, and much much more.

After a 30-minute talk there’ll be a 15-minute Q&A, for which we encourage you to submit questions in advance. A webinar recording and related materials will be shared with all attendees after the event.
