Pina D’Intino is an accessibility leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing accessibility and inclusion. As a blind professional and entrepreneur, Pina also brings valuable lived experience to conversations about technology, employment, and the barriers people with disabilities can encounter in the workplace.
Through Aequum Global Access, she works with organizations to advance accessibility, strengthen inclusion, and unlock the potential of diverse talent. She also supports the growth of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) Canada chapter through education, networking, and professional development.
Eve Adams, Executive Director & President, Canadian Business Disability Inclusion Network (CBDIN)
At CBDIN, Eve Adams works with employers to improve recruitment, retention and career advancement for people with disabilities, strengthen talent strategies, better serve employees and customers, and improve productivity. This work supports greater workforce participation and a stronger Canadian economy.
A former Member of Parliament, Eve served in the Veterans Affairs and Health portfolios, where she created Canada’s priority hiring program for veterans and played a leading role in advancing Vanessa’s Law through Parliament, landmark patient-safety legislation that made serious adverse reactions involving medicines and medical devices publicly searchable.
A strategist and connector, Eve has led national advocacy efforts, driven public-policy change and built partnerships across sectors. Her career spans public service and corporate leadership, with extensive experience in policy, stakeholder engagement, business growth and Canadian innovation.
