Marie Eugene is an accomplished IT leader specializing in cloud transformation, governance, and AI ethics. Currently, Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, she excels at delivering tailored governance workshops and strategic advice on Cloud technologies and AI. ​

Her expertise includes AI governance, risk mitigation, and safe AI practices, with a focus on ethical implications. She combines a strong technical background with a deep academic foundation in philosophy, having graduated with First-Class Honors in Philosophy from the University of Warwick, where she explored critical themes in ethics, applied ethics, symbolic logic, and freedom This blend of philosophy and technology allows her to lead conversations on AI safety and responsible tech practices with both senior business leaders and IT experts, ensuring that innovation aligns with ethical standards. ​

Marie is deeply committed to social mobility and actively engages in initiatives aimed at fostering opportunities for underrepresented groups. She is an alumna, mentor, and speaker with the Social Mobility Foundation, where she advocates for equal access to professional development. Marie also leads technology efforts at SheIsSTEM, a charity promoting careers in STEM for young women and girls.
