Elizabeth Resnick is a distinguished Professor Emerita and former chair of Graphic Design at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design in Boston. Her most recent publications include Women Graphic Designers, Bloomsbury Visual Arts (2025), The Social Design Reader, Bloomsbury Visual Arts (2019), and Developing Citizen Designers, Bloomsbury Academic (2016). She was awarded the 2025 AIGA Design Medal in recognition of her decades-long career as an educator, curator, and author.

Olga Severina is a Ukrainian-born graphic designer, educator, and exhibition curator from Los Angeles, California. After obtaining her PhD in Visual Art, Olga founded PosterTerritory — a multimedia platform where she launches graphic design campaigns and socially conscious poster exhibits in the US and abroad. A passionate promoter of contemporary poster design, Olga writes books and articles exploring the latest graphic design trends. In 2022, Olga co-founded Rukh Art Hub — a Ukrainian creative initiative committed to promoting contemporary Ukrainian art and design through cultural diplomacy.

Ruth Sykes is a College Admissions Tutor at Central Saint Martins, London. Her research interests include the history of women in graphic design. In 2004, she co-founded the graphic design practice REG with Emily Wood.

Tasheka Arceneaux Sutton is a graphic designer, educator, image-maker, and writer. She is an Associate Professor of Design at The University of Texas at Austin and a faculty member in the MFA program in graphic design at Vermont College of Fine Art. Tasheka is also the principal of Blacvoice Design, a studio specializing in branding, electronic media, identity, illustration, and publication design for educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and small businesses.

Wendy Wong is a leading scholar focused on Chinese graphic design and comics. Her primary published works are Hong Kong Comics: A History of Manhua (2002) and The Disappearance of Hong Kong in Comics, Advertising and Graphic Design (2018). She further contributed to the field by co-editing the volume Transnationalism in East and Southeast Asian Comics Art (2022). Her work makes key contributions to global design and comics studies.
