SYNOPSIS
This month's Policy Jam discusses BCS' tech priorities for the next government. Given the pace of change and emerging technologies like AI, a professional, competent, and ethical IT workforce is vital to ensuring trust, especially given IT scandals like the Post Office.
We also need a solid foundation in computing education and digital literacy to bridge the skills gap and give people the tools they need for future careers and day-to-day life. And we want to see greater diversity and inclusivity in our sector so that technology represents and is designed for all.
Our events are for adults aged 16 years and over.
