What is a data hackathon?

A data hackathon is a free form event, where everyone starts with the same data, hears the same problems or objectives with the data, and then gets into groups and uses software and apps to build their case for meeting those objectives. It could be through the use of Excel, Tableau, Python, or the JuiceBox app, which will be provided by our partner Juice Analytics.
