About the Speakers:

Casey Dai is the Founder of Expanded Skills, which is focused on upskilling senior engineers with the right combination of non-technical skills needed to land a tech leadership position. Before this, he was the Head of Engineering at Capgemini and Manulife and had a Finance background before entering the tech industry.

Myles Harrison is a data scientist, trainer, and the founder of NLP from scratch, an independent provider of fast, flexible, and affordable training in natural language processing and language models for those looking to rapidly upskill into the AI field. Prior to this, he was the global lead of the data science program at BrainStation, and worked at large consulting firms such as Accenture, PwC, and SapientNitro (now Publicis Sapient).
