The 2021 white paper, People at the Heart of Care, set out the Government’s plan to digitally transform adult social care in England by investing £150m primarily for adoption of digital social care records (DSCR).
In this webinar, we will discuss the impact of the Digitising Social Care program and examine some of the outputs particular in relation to standards adoption and FHIR, and consider next steps for social care.

Taffy is one of the board members of CASPA, a trade association for social care IT software suppliers.
She also holds the position of Chief Information & Compliance Officer at everyLIFE Technologies, a company that provides a DSCR. In addition, Taffy is a registered nurse.
Prior to joining everyLIFE, Taffy worked for an NHS Trust as Associate Director for Governance & Assurance. During this time, she had responsibility for clinical risk management, patient safety, clinical audit & effectiveness, CQC compliance, patient experience, and information governance.
