About
This webinar offers an insightful look into the experience of an apprentice balancing academic pursuits with professional responsibilities, particularly from the perspective of a neurodivergent individual. The talk highlights the crucial role of dedicated support systems, such as an Inclusion Team, in fostering an environment where apprentices can thrive. It delves into how tailored advice and regular check-ins can significantly enhance work performance and empower individuals to understand and leverage their neurodivergent traits. The session emphasises how embracing neurodiversity can provide a unique perspective and build confidence in communicating specific needs for success.
