Explore how technology is used in related health and science fields. We will start by exploring where the source of water pollution is by using a technology tool called ArcGIS! Then we will dive into biology and diseases to investigate how epidemics spread and use tech tools, like StarLogo Nova to determine how to slow the spread. We will finish camp by solving a genetic mystery by mining online databases for genetic changes that can cause medical symptoms.
By the end of this camp, you will be on your way to being a tech-savvy scientist! No experience necessary, we will be starting from the ground up!
