Full Stack Fitness (HIIT) during New Mexico Tech Week

Description

Join a former police academy bootcamp instructor for a HIIT class. Sweat the stress and let's get some movement during NMTW!

Bodyweight movement is just fine. If you'd like to kick it up a notch, bring some light weights.

This is a free event, donations to the instructor are accepted. You must RSVP to join; RSVP also available on-site. Limited spots available!
