We’re excited to partner with webAI to launch the YOLO26 MLX Build Challenge — a 7-day async hackathon with $4,000 in prizes across four tracks.
The webAI team will be giving a live demo of YOLO26 MLX, webAI’s open source, Apple Silicon-native object detection model, and kicking off the build challenge during their slot.
You’ve got 7 days. Pick a track, pick an idea, ship it.
The four tracks:

Useful — solve a real problem for everyday people

Enterprise — solve a business or industrial problem

Austin-flavored — solve something specific to a place or context in Austin

Wild — build something intentionally weird, funny, or unexpected
