RECOMMENDED ARRIVAL - BY 9:00 AM
Head to Sugar Land Town Square (16092 City Walk, Sugar Land, TX 77479) and check in at the registration booth no later than 9:30 AM. Punctuality really matters here - the buses roll out at 12:00 PM and won't wait, so an early, relaxed check-in sets up the entire day. When 80+ of us are moving together, a few minutes early keeps the whole convoy on schedule. For those not on the tour, this will give you a head start to the day.
DRESS CODE: Please be prepared to be outside and wear closed-toed-shoes in case you are touring any facility. This is a safety requirement. All other PPE will be provided.
PARKING: Free parking is available in the on-site multi-story garages (Lone Star Garage - 2105 Brazos Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77478 and Texas Garage - 15958 City Walk, Sugar Land, TX 77479), which are a 5-minute walk from the venue, with metered street parking as a backup.
