About Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic

Dr Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic teaches business psychology at Columbia University & University College London, and is an associate at Harvard's Entrepreneurial Finance Lab. He is also currently the Chief Talent Scientist at Manpower Group.

Dr Chamorro-Premuzic is also a TED Speaker, best selling author and frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review, Forbes and The Guardian.

He is the author of I, Human: AI, Automation, and the Quest to Reclaim What Makes Us Unique, Why Do So Many Incompetent Men Become Leaders?: (And How to Fix It) and others.
