Join WiT and Communications and Stakeholder Management Coach Rebecca Sangster-Kelly to learn about how to communicate with confidence.

In our third Empowerment Session, Communications and Stakeholder Management Coach Rebecca Sangster-Kelly will explore how to communicate with confidence and impact at different levels within an organisation.

This session will focus on how to position yourself effectively in different environments, build trust through clear and purposeful communication, and understand when and how to say no professionally and confidently. Rebecca will also introduce practical communication frameworks, including a pyramid-style approach, to help structure conversations, influence stakeholders, and deliver messages with greater impact.

This session will be delivered as an online webinar lasting approximately 40 minutes, followed by a short Q&A.

Rebecca Sangster-Kelly is an experienced communications and change professional who helps clients across a range of industries identify their audience, understand their needs, and craft messaging that truly resonates.

She supports organisations and individuals in influencing and engaging effectively with managers, clients, and teams through clear, purposeful communication and practical processes that drive successful outcomes.
