Slava Burdman is a finance and operations expert who has supported dozens of early-stage health and science startups through fundraising, strategic planning, and operational scaling. With a background in venture capital, FP&A, and startup advisory, Slava specializes in building financial models that help founders make smart decisions and attract capital with confidence.
Together, Tim and Slava co-founded Illumination Strategy, a boutique advisory firm focused on helping biotech and deep tech innovators successfully transition from lab to market. Their combined experience spans venture creation, capital strategy, and commercialization support, making them go-to advisors for high-potential science-based ventures.
