Slava Burdman is a finance and operations expert who has supported dozens of early-stage health and science startups through fundraising, strategic planning, and operational scaling. With a background in venture capital, FP&A, and startup advisory, Slava specializes in building financial models that help founders make smart decisions and attract capital with confidence.

Together, Tim and Slava co-founded Illumination Strategy, a boutique advisory firm focused on helping biotech and deep tech innovators successfully transition from lab to market.
