Scaling innovation, within a complex NHS environment is a challenge. Our HealthTech programme has been developed specifically to support and educate SMEs in navigating the landscape.

A partnership between Barts Health NHS Trust and Queen Mary University of London, Barts Life Sciences are excited to announce that we will be supporting HealthTech SMEs registered or active in London, providing support and fostering innovation.

Our programme flagship training days provide an insight into the NHS, and the fundamentals for scaling your HealthTech venture including:

NHS Landscape: Understand the structure of the NHS and healthcare

Regulation: Is it a medical device? What are the regulations regarding AI?

Health Economics: An introduction to economic evaluation of health technology interventions

NHS Business Cases: What you need to demonstrate to an NHS organisation

NHS Procurement: How it works, accessing the market, identifying opportunities

Our sessions are delivered by experts and supported by Barts Health NHS Trust.

Who is this for?

• Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the HealthTech and healthcare sectors, active or registered in London.
