After each segment we invite you to join us for our weekly networking meetup, an opportunity for technologists, brokers, startups, and anyone in the field to answer their questions and build their contacts. Our goal is to build a community of like minded professionals involved in Real estate.

SharkStreet Radio is a weekly broadcast which airs every Sunday from 11:00am to 12:00pm on AM970 "The Answer". The program focuses on key challenges the Real Estate Industry is facing today and how advancements in technology can address such issues. To substantiate a conversation Bill is interviewing leaders in the industry and challenging their perspective on the most threatening and/or opportunistic themes in NYC Real Estate.

Our Host: Bill Staniford was born and raised in New York, former United States Marine Corps Cryptologist and a serial entrepreneur. During his time as CEO, PropertyShark was named one of the 50 best websites in the world by Time, Inc. Bill has appeared on CNBC and Fox Business News multiple times commenting on NYC real estate and National Security. Bill is currently serving as CEO after founding SharkStreet, a NYC based RE Tech advisory and consultancy firm.
