About this event

What conditions need to be put in place to hire and retain queer & trans* candidates? How can companies transform their commitment to social justice into meaningful, practical action? How can LGBTQ+ folks and allies play their part in addressing the homogeneous nature of the tech industry?

For the third iteration of Out in Tech's Leadership Training Institute, we will provide tech leaders with the tools they need to drive meaningful change and measurable change in their teams, work, and lives (even if you don't know where to start).

Whether you are LGBTQ+ or an ally to the community, a C-level executive, or a new graduate, we’ll spend time together working through our challenges and creating solutions that bring tech closer to becoming a better, inclusive place for us all.
