Welcome to People Analytics for the new world of work: A toolbox for non-data scientists to improve decisions! The power of people analytics in everyday decision-making is undeniable. Organisations that excel at people analytics are 3 times more likely to outperform the competition (DDI, 2018). Despite the apparent value, only 16% of organisations have implemented advanced people analytics in practice (Peeters et al., 2020).

This is a 2 day interactive course for students and practitioners of People Practices to get to know data as a helpful tool, and not something to be scared of. Participants are taken through the basics of good data practices and sound methodology, and then guided all the way through to structuring databases and building custom data dashboards. The course offers an opportunity to put scholarly knowledge on important concepts such as performance, talent management, leadership, wellness and diversity into practice.
