Description

Join us for a 60-minute special showcase webinar 'Personalising Care with Digital Health Technologies'

This session presents research studies and a service evaluation on digital health tools supporting personalised care in long-term conditions. Together, these studies highlight how technology can enhance care by aligning with people’s needs and real-world practice.

Across conditions, the studies emphasise transferable insights on person centred design, technology acceptability, and integration of digital solutions. This session will offer valuable learning for implementing personalised digital health across healthcare settings.
