About the workshop
Series Overview
Part one of a three series session! You'll learn to use ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude (free versions where possible) to handle the work that drains your time. Admin, marketing, customer comms. No technical knowledge needed. You'll leave each session with something you can use that afternoon.
Every workshop follows the same structure: pick a use-case, define your inputs, set basic guardrails, assign an owner, track one metric. Boring but effective.
Session 1: Admin Work That Won't Do Itself
Email triage. Meeting notes. Turning messy ideas into checklists. The stuff that takes three hours when it should take twenty minutes.
You'll learn where AI actually helps (and where it absolutely doesn't). How to use it without accidentally leaking client data or making things worse. Build a workflow you can repeat every Monday morning.
Find session 2 (Marketing Without the Existential Dread) here.
Find session 3 (Customer Comms That Don't Require Being Constantly Available) here.
