Many nonprofit teams are juggling donor engagement, tax receipting, data entry, reconciliation, and reporting, often with limited staff and resources. Administrative work can quietly consume hours each week, pulling teams away from the relationships that truly grow generosity.
In this session, Jessica Rayne from GiveWise Foundation Canada will explore practical ways charities can simplify their giving experience while reducing backend administrative work. Drawing from conversations with hundreds of Canadian charities across the country, she will highlight common friction points in donation processing and donor engagement.
Participants will learn how small changes to donation processes, giving options, and automation can reduce staff workload while improving the donor experience. The session will also explore how enabling asset-based giving such as securities and donor-advised funds can support larger gifts without increasing administrative complexity.
Attendees will leave with practical ideas they can apply immediately to streamline operations and focus more time on building meaningful donor relationships.
Note: GiveWise works with Canadian registered charities. While attendees from outside Canada are welcome to attend the webinar, the GiveWise platform facilitates gifts only to Canadian registered charities.
