Josephine Good was an M&A lawyer at Shearman & Sterling, where she worked on a variety of corporate matters across a broad range of sectors, focusing on private M&A, private equity, and private funds. In 2021, Josie joined Kira Systems as a Practice Advisor, just prior to the company joining the Litera family. In this role, she serves as a product and subject matter expert, and advises law firms globally on how to best integrate Kira and Litera’s transaction management solutions into their existing workflows.
Amy Conroy is a Data Scientist at Mishcon de Reya and the Co-Founder and Director of Law School 2.0. Law School 2.0 is a LegalTech education company that delivers legal innovation education for future and current lawyers as well as legal professionals through practical experience and online training events. At Mishcon, Amy focuses on the way that litigation data can be leveraged to improve and provide better insights into the way that the firm litigates. She is also a Research Associate at the University of Bristol, focusing on Legal NLP research.
Drew Winlaw is COO and co-founder of Simmons & Simmons' Wavelength where he is responsible for operational matters and technical delivery. He specialises in transformational change in the legal services sector. Drew is a commercial lawyer who moved into law firm management. His previous role was as director of operational development at an international law firm. He uses lean sigma philosophies with smart legal technologies and designs capable services and systems. Earlier in Drew’s career, he worked in several manufacturing businesses focusing on data and scheduling issues, and also at booking.com as its legal and compliance manager.
