Safer Internet Day: Tech for Cyber Security (Secondary)

Description

We are delighted to invite your Key Stage 3 students to a fun and engaging virtual LIVE lesson focused on cyber security. We would also like to highlight the many exciting future careers available in cyber security and the amazing people working behind the scenes to keep us all safe.

Join us on Safer Internet Day, Tuesday 11th February at 2:00pm, when our Tech She Can Teacher, Zoe, will deliver a virtual 45 minute Tech We Can LIVE lesson for students aged 11 - 14. This will be an interactive session where the children will be guided to complete paper based tasks and partner discussions - they therefore need to be based at a table with a piece of paper and pen/pencil.

The content is being delivered to help celebrate Safer Internet Day 2025 with celebrations and learning based around the theme ‘Too good to be true? Protecting yourself and others from scams online‘. This resource is suitable for a lesson in the classroom environment or from home.
