Description

Join us for Toronto Public Library's first program in the Raising Confident Kids fall 2025 series.

Julia Swaigen, MSW and RSW, and Unplugged Canada discuss how to protect children from the harms of technology and social media, and overcome the obstacles to raising healthy, socially responsible kids. Julia Swaigen is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto and the director of Attuned Families, a child and family therapy practice.
