Joseph Ross - Chief Technology & Finance Officer, Head of Cyber & Innovation
Joseph is a member of Wiltshire Police's police staff and is responsible for running the South West Cyber Resilience Centre as its Chief Technology and Finance Officer. Joseph has a background in the Royal Navy and became a teacher of Computer Science. He is currently completing a PhD in Computing with the Royal Navy and the University of Plymouth, and he has a real passion for supporting the community in the digital world.
