Founded in 2002, the Association of African American Vintners (AAAV) is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the wine industry. The organization has awarded more than 100 scholarships for wine education and degrees, developed ongoing programs that create career pathways, and provided vital resources for emerging Black wine entrepreneurs.
