In college, a stoplight party was designed to be a sort of "IRL Bumble / Hinge" where people would wear certain colors based on their dating status and intentions at the party. Similar to that, ScaleU's party will be providing three colors of nametags for attendees that correspond to their intentions for the event:

​🔴 Red — For founders, VCs, employees, and anyone else, this means: "Just here to mingle, network, and learn, but not open to jobs and I'm not hiring."

🟡 Yellow — For employees, this would mean "I'm pretty happy in my role today, but I'm open to hearing whats out there and could be convinced to join the right opportunity." For founders, "I'm not hiring right now, but will be soon and want to meet exceptional talent."

🟢 Green - For employees, "I'm open to work right now and here to eager to meet founders with open roles." For founders, "I'm hiring immediately and looking to meet great people."
