TechHER Forward: The AI Empowerment Journey is a transformative 4-week women’s empowerment and AI leadership program under the Resilient Woman Initiative, designed to help women build confidence, career readiness, and financial independence through artificial intelligence.
This hybrid AI workshop series (virtual + in-person) is led by Tara Myshrall, a visionary technology leader with over 20 years of experience in technology, data, and innovation. The program supports women from all backgrounds who want to develop future-ready skills, explore AI innovation, and step into leadership within the digital economy.

This interactive workshop introduces artificial intelligence (AI) for beginners, breaking down complex concepts into clear, practical language. Participants will explore how AI and automation show up in everyday life and how emerging technologies can be used responsibly to create positive impact.
